I subscribed to this service 10/08 and decided to cancel few weeks later and received an automatic email confirmation that the account was canceled. However, I nocticed my credit card was still being charged. I sent an email of the situation, I never received a response. I have called all the numbers on their site, either one says it's disconnected or an answering machine picks up where I left a message and still no response. I am really frustrated that this is the way this company does business. My account is being charged monthly for a service I canceled and never eeven used! |
