| Review: | This is a GREAT consignment shop - I love shopping and consigning here. I find great values on clothing for my children and get great mony for the items I consign. I have purchased many Gymboree, Gap, Childrens Place, Ralph Lauren and, Pumpkin Patch items for way less than I could by them for new. A great way for a growing family to saving moneu on dressing their little ones in cute, fahionable Quality clothing.
Friendly staff - honest hard working owner -never had a problem of any kind. |

| Review: | The store itself isn't much to look at. The prices are higher than you would expect at a consignment shop (a number of items can be bought brand new at Wal-Mart for less!) and the store is disorganized and extremely messy.
More than that however, is the dishonesty and incompetence of the staff. We dropped of a load of consignment items for them to look over and were told we'd have an answer on whether they'd accept them later in the week. It took nearly two weeks and three trips up there before we were finally called at home and told the items were unacceptable. That was fine with us, the clothes themselves were not an issue. The issue was that we were promised an answer three different times for three different days and each time we wasted time and gas because they could not honor their word. They always had some flimsy excuse. When I went in to retrieve the items and demanded to know why our time had been so wasted, the unprofessional salesgirl attempted to focus on the clothes and why they were unacceptable to draw attention away from the real issue. She even went so far as to grab one of the bags and tear it open, spilling clothes everywhere as I attempted to leave. Save your time, your gas and your money and take your business to an honorable establishment! |
